To setup your email account you will first need to login to your webmail account. If you have not received email credentials to login to a new email account please open a ticket with us by emailing support@renegades.digital or through your "My Account" page.

You can easily access your WebMail interface by visiting: http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail, where 'yourdomainname.com' is your actual domain name. If this is not working for you, it might be possible that your ISP is blocking the access to non-standard ports loaded through an SSL connection. In this case, please open a ticket with us by emailing support@renegades.digital or through your "My Account" page and we will contact you to find a work around.

Log in with your provided email address and password.

Once you are logged in, scroll down to the section titled "Mail Client Automatic Configuration Scripts". Find the application you are setting up your email on.

For iPhone, Mac, and iPad you will go to the first line and click on "IMAP over SSL/TLS".



On your device you will be prompted to install a profile, you will click on install and type in your email password. Some devices may first ask you for your device password. After the installation is complete you should be able to send and receive email on your new account. If you have any trouble with this, please open a ticket in your client portal.
