To change your credit card information, log into the renegades.digital website and visit your "My Account" page.



Click on the link in the left-hand column called "Subscriptions".


Note that if you have multiple active subscriptions you will need to perform the following steps for each of them.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see the order number of the failed payment. Click "pay" and choose to add a new credit card. This will update all future payments for this subscription to the new card.

Select "Change Payment" and fill in your new credit card information.


Click on the link in the left-hand column called “Payment Methods.”



Next, select "Add Payment Method" and add your new or updated credit card information.

After your new credit card has been added to the account, please delete your old credit card. NOTE that marking a credit card as the default card will only change your payment method for new purchases. It will NOT update existing subscriptions. As such we highly recommend you delete your old credit card from the account.
